This page marks a turning point in Brianna’s life, as Sam signals through the change in the color scheme. Brianna meets a charismatic young man, who gives her chocolate–things are looking up, but can this possibly end well? (SPOILER: No, it cannot.)
Weirdly, Brianna’s first actual note of characterization back in The Electric Team #1 was when she said she’d never eaten corn before. Apparently that’s her thing, trying common foods for the first time.
